FLX Xperience: Couples

FLX Couples is a premium, non-tactical experience designed for partners who want safe, calm, confidence-building instruction—without pressure, comparison, or “performance energy.”

Not a test. No rush. You control the pace.

 

Most couples want the same outcome: calm competence and safe handling. The challenge is learning styles and comfort levels can be different.

FLX Couples is designed to:

• Keep the session calm and structured

• Prevent “partner coaching” dynamics

• Give each person individualized instruction within a shared session

• Build confidence without comparison

Perfectly normal. We coach each person at their comfort level and keep the pace appropriate for both.

“I don’t want this to turn into an argument.”

We set clear expectations from the start: instructor-led coaching only. No pressure, no critique, no competition.

“We want to be safe at home.”

That’s the focus: responsible ownership, safe handling, and calm decision-making.

 

 

Couples sessions are 120 minutes.

You’ll receive a guided progression through safety and fundamentals, with each person coached as an individual.

You can expect:

• Calm orientation and safety setup

• Fundamentals and control-building at each person’s pace

• Structured exposure that increases comfort and competence

• A debrief with a clear recommended next step (monthly first)

 

Your shooting progression (built for comfort, not ego).  You’ll shoot a curated sequence designed to build confidence step-by-step. We start low recoil, then gradually increase only as you’re ready.

Session firearm progression (typical):

• Walther P22Q (.22): fundamentals + comfort (20 rounds)

• S&W .38 Special: controlled recoil introduction (12 rounds)

• Ruger Security .380: real-world carry recoil, manageable pace (20 rounds)

• Taurus G3 (9mm): confidence reps + consistency (30 rounds)

• Glock 22 (.40): optional confidence capstone if you’re ready (15 rounds)

As you progress, later sessions can include:

• AR-15: 20 rounds

• Western Auto Model 150 (.22 rifle): 18 rounds

Important: You’re never forced to “push through.” If something feels like too much, we pause, adjust, or stay at the level that builds confidence safely.

 

 

Monthly Coaching (Best Value / Fastest Path)

Couples Monthly — $799/month
Includes two 120-minute couples sessions per month.
This is the fastest way to build consistent confidence together.

Couples Single Session — $449 (120 minutes)

After your first session, we’ll recommend one of our simple paths:

Safety and Fit Standards (Non-Negotiable)

FLX is calm, non-tactical, and safety-first. If unsafe handling, impairment, or refusal to follow instruction occurs, the session ends immediately (non-refundable). This protects everyone.

 

Reschedule / Cancellation:

• 48+ hours: reschedule at no charge

• Inside 48 hours: $35 rescheduling fee

• One free reschedule per booking

• Cancel 48+ hours: full credit (no refund)

• Cancel inside 48 hours: credit minus $35 late cancellation fee

Arrival / Late / No-show:

• Arrive 10 minutes early

• 15+ minutes late: range time reduced

• 25+ minutes late: no-show

• No-show forfeits session; rebook with $50 fee

Range Requirements:

• Drivers license or a valid ID required.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Pregnant women should consult with a physician prior to range use.
• Clothing must be protective to avoid burns from ejected brass.
• Clothing should not display drugs, obscenities, controversial, lewd or illegal behavior.
• No one is allowed to shoot while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• No disorderly conduct allowed at any time – no horeseplay or abusive language.

Range ammo requirements*:

• Brass-cased, full metal jacket only

• No steel core

• No steel casings
